Domestic Shipping (Within the US)

• Standard Shipping: Most of our products ship from the US. For these items, we aim to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

• Availability: International shipping is available for select items. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. Recipients are responsible for all additional charges for customs clearance. VAM has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Custom Made Artwork and Special Orders

• Processing Time: Custom made artwork and special orders require additional time for creation and processing. These items can take up to 30 business days before shipment.

• Shipping Timeline: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, please allow additional time for delivery. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of order.

Tracking Your Order

• Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress to your doorstep.

• Carrier Information: Shipping carrier information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, allowing you to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
